What is West Ham manager David Moyes’ record like vs Everton since leaving Goodison Park?
It's the best part of a decade since David Moyes left the Everton hot seat.
How time flies.
The Scot enjoyed a brilliant 11-year spell as Goodison Park supremo between 2002-2013. During that period, given limited transfer funds, he worked wonders.

Mixed fortunes
Both Everton and Moyes have experienced mixed results since their relationship came to a close.
The reason why Moyes ended the long-standing association was down to being cherry-picked by Sir Alex Ferguson to be his successor as Manchester United.
However, failed to fill the vast boots of Fergie and was axed less than a year into the job.

Hide AdMoyes’ career's subsequently took him to Real Sociedad and Sunderland where he didn't fare much better before reviving his managerial career at West Ham.
After being unfairly let go in 2018, having kept the Hammers in the Premier League, he was brought back one-and-a-half years later and has done a grand job yet again.
Last season, the east London outfit were the surprise package. They finished sixth in the table and qualified for the Europa League.
Everton, meanwhile, have also had a turbulent period since Moyes' departure.

Now it's Rafa Benitez who's steering the Everton ship and is guiding the Blues out of rocky shores towards calmer waters.
Trouble against his former employer
Moyes will get a sound reception at Goodison Park when he returns with West Ham on Sunday.
However, his record against his former employer since leaving is a poor one.

After leaving, Moyes was defeated his first six meetings against the Toffees. The second of those was a 2-0 reverse in April 2014, which proved to be the final nail in the coffin at United. He was sacked just two days later.
At West Ham, Moyes has at least had some success facing the Blues. Both of his wins were for the Londoners, with the latest a 1-0 success on Merseyside last season.
