The Spice City, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Ground Floor 18 Stanley Street, Liverpool was given the score after assessment on July 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Liverpool's 1,137 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 765 (67%) have ratings of five and just seven have zero ratings.
