Road flood caused rush hour chaos

A busy road was shut during rush hour after it flooded.
Engineers were called to Burrows Lane, Eccleston, last Tuesday (November 25) following reports heavy rain pouring out of two manhole covers was making driving conditions difficult. The road was re-opened later that evening.
