Youth group shortlisted for top prize

A Knowsley-based youth group has been shortlisted for a prestigious national award.
Think was set up by Knowsley Youth Service to improve the health informatiuon available to youngsters across the borough.

It has been named as a finalist in the Philip Lawrence Award, which was established in 1996 in memory of head teacher Philip Lawrence who was murdered while protecting a pupil outside his school.

Winners will be announced at an Awards ceremony to be hosted by Sir Trevor McDonald in central London on December 2.
