Saints legend Jamie Lyon says he WILL return to Knowsley Road - the 26-year-old enjoyed two seasons with the club in 2005 and 2006, and became a firm fans' favourite.
He won the Man of Steel award before joining the Manly Sea Eagles in his native Australia.

But he has never made a secret of his desire to return for a second stint in British RL and now says St Helens is his most likely target.

He told the Sydney Daily Telegraph: "I'll definitely go back there (Britain) at some stage but probably to St Helens.

"I'm pretty sure. I've got another two years to run (at Manly) after this year. I won't be going anywhere soon."

Lyon's successor at St Helens, fellow Australian international Matt Gidley, will be out of contract at the end of 2009.
